MESSAGE/DELIVERY POLICY
Due to a large student body population, Valencia High School has instituted the following policy regarding personal message and deliveries:

Every attempt will be made to deliver emergency phone messages to students by parent or guardian only before school, at brunch, lunch, during passing periods and after the school day.
- Emergency messages will be taken only if it is considered to be an emergency i.e., family emergency, etc. The following are not considered emergencies: after school transportation (pickup place and time), personal messages, student work related issues, etc.
- Due to the importance of class studying time we cannot interrupt classroom learning for messages and deliveries.
- Item deliveries will be accepted from a parent or guardian only for the following:
- Classroom related materials
- Lunches
- Money or payments for school related activites
- P.E. clothes.
- NO DELIVERIES WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR balloons or flowers.
- Any exceptions to this policy will have to be approved by an Administrator.
