Need your transcript?
All official trancript requests must be in writing. You may print out the Request for Transcript Form and mail or fax to the Registrar's Office. There is no charge for official transcripts for one year following graduation. After one year the fee is $3.00 per copy (check made out to Valencia ASB). There is no charge for unofficial transcripts. All transcript requests will usually be processed within 24 hours.

How to Enroll at Valencia High School
The William S. Hart School District requires the following information to enroll a student into our high school:
1. A Parent/guardian must be present when enrolling a student
2. Proof of Residence
You need to provide TWO current utility bills with your name and address to verify residence.
AND
California Driver's License/I.D. Card AND vehicle registration with new address, or a phone bill, personal checks, bank statement, house payments/lease/rent, or a piece of mail forwarded from your old address to your new address.
3. Original Birth Certificate/Passport
4. Withdrawal papers from previous school (report card, Unofficial Transcript, CTBS Scores)
5. Most recent IEP if special ed student.
6. Proof of Immunizations. Documentation of child's imunization is required by law. Either a doctor's written statement or an official immunization record is necessary for registration. If student has never been enrolled in a California school, you must include a Mantoux TB test, and a varicella (chicken pox) vaccination.
For the school year 2011-2012, all students entering, advancing, transfering into 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, or 12th grades will need proof of adolescent whooping cough booster immunization (called "Tdap") before entry into school in the fall as required by California law.

7. Guardianship Form - If a student is not living with a parent or legal guardian, a Caregiver Affidavit must be completed in our office. The guardian must present a picture I.D. along with proof of residence. Legal guardians must show court documentation.
