Concert Choir sings for the movie soundtrack Blind released May 2007

Betsy Lessard selected to be an intern in the Santa Clarita Master Chorale

Favian Rodriguez, Annie Jung, and Stephanie Sia accepted into Southern California Honor Choir

November 2006

Stephanie Sia, Ruben Rivas, Taylor Malneck, Rosa Rivadineira, Bavani Selverajah, and Andrew Heath accepted into All State Jazz Choir (15 students selected from the state)

Ruben Rivas selected as a top finalist for Grammy Jazz Choir

December 2006

Valencia Choirs Third Annual Holiday Boutique met with great enthusiasm as the boutique expands to two days

January 2006

Favian Rodriguez and Annie Jung is accepted into All State Honor Choir

February 2007

55 students sing solos iin the fourth annual Valencia Valentine's Swing Dance played with a live big band.

March 2007

Concert Choir is selected by the ACDA San Luis Obispo Performing Arts Center as one of choirs with an all anonymous Superior and Presented with an Award of Excellence.

April 2007

Gideon Park and Richard Brown are selected out of 2000 students to receive the Heritage Festivals Maestro Award

May 2007

Valencia Women's Choir received unanimous superiors and the highest score ranking of all choirs. They were selected as the Choir of the Festival in the Music in the Parks competition.

June 2007

Valencia Choir graduates its biggest class of seniors; 52 with many majoring in music.
