“Pride of the Vikings Choir” Carnegie Hall Festival and Tour to New
York City PARTICIPANT COMMITMENT CONTRACT 1,___________________________,
hereby commit and guarantee that (parent
or legal guardian printed name) my
son or daughter_______________ will travel with the “Pride of the Vikings”
Choir to participate in the Carnegie Hall Music Festival in New York City,
April 13 through April 18, 2006. I understand that participation in this event
will require the students to miss 2 days of school and that, unless specific
arrangements have been made with Mrs. Enns, I will be responsible for my son
or daughter’s portion of the cost of this tour currently established to be
$1600 for each student. That amount is to include all travel costs, festival
participation, 5 night stay at The Grand Hyatt weekend long clinic with a
professional director, a free ticket for a performance and tour of Carnegie
Hall, a day long visit to the Empire State Building, and a Dinner Dance Cruise
around New York Harbor. Except for the dinner/dance cruise on Saturday
evening, meals and souvenirs are not included. I further understand that this
cost is to be paid in payments as follows: September 7th, 2005 - $229 (non refundable
deposit!) October
7th, 2005 - $229 November
7th, 2005 - $229 December
7th, 2005 - $229 January
7th, 2005 - $229 February
7th, 2005 - $229 March
7th, 2005 - $229 The
first $229.00 will be considered a non-refundable deposit. No amounts raised
as part of fund raisers will be refundable at any time. There will be no
refunds for cancellations after December 7th, 2005. _______________________
