BYU Independent Study Courses
Students who plan on taking any course(s) via
the BYU online program must fill out and
return a BYU
enrollment form that can be picked up from
the counseling office. Students who fail to turn
in a completed BYU enrollment form will NOT
receive credit for the course. BYU
courses will only be approved for junior and
senior students.
