| Nick was a three-year
varsity starter at DB for Valencia. He was known for his ferocious
style of play in the defensive backfield. Teams rarely threw to
his side of the field. During the Canyon game his junior year, Nick
had one of the biggest and most vicious hits in Valencia Football
history. Canyon's TE, a 6'4" 250 pounder caught a pass underneath.
Nick broke up on the man, knocking him back 5 yards and to the ground.
It was an amazing hit considering Nick was roughly 170lbs. at the
time. |
