Official Transcripts

 

Office Hours are: 
MONDAY- FRIDAY (7:30am-3:30pm)

Graduates frequently need transcripts for college admission or employment purposes – ONLY OFFICIAL transcripts are available for graduates.
    • All requests for OFFICIAL transcripts must be submitted in writing – either by completing our form in the office, or by emailing Kaitlyn Murray and Amber Medina,or sending the request via regular mail along with the fee, transcript request form and a copy of your State ID .
    • Requests must come from the student themselves, not family members or friends of friend, no exceptions.
    • Turnaround time is 24 hours, and a $3 cash fee is due at the time of pickup
    • If you are not local, you do have the option to authorize a friend or family member to pay for/pick up your transcript.
    • If the transcript is needed the same day, the cash fee is $5 and any extra copies are $1 each
    • We can only accept cash, check, or money order made out to "Valencia High School ASB"

 

The following information is required to process transcript requests:

    • Name at the time of graduation/last date of attendance
    • Date of Birth
    • Year of Graduation
    • Signature
    • Photo ID (take a picture of your driver’s license and upload a photo to email or print, if unable to walk into our office)
    • Mailing Address and or email address, if accepted by agency or college to send transcript
    • Phone # where Alumni  may be reached if there are questions or issues
