FALL APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Application submissions will be organized by grade on the following days (9th Grade will apply in the spring):
- 9/3: 12th Grade
- 9/4: 11th & 10th Grades
During our lunch break from 12:15 PM to 12:55 PM
Application Process:
- Join CSF Google Classroom: The code is b6m2is4b (Here, you can access application forms and course lists).
- Application Forms: Collect application forms and course lists from room 511 or the counseling office. If you're completing them by hand, please use ink. Alternatively, download PDF forms from Google Classroom. If using Google Docs, convert them to PDF before printing. Do not submit in the Google Docs version, as it may cause issues.
- Marking Grades: Highlight or color-code your grades and points for clarity. Remember, points are not grades. Both points and grades are necessary, not just one or the other.
- Timely Submission: Don't delay your application. Unforeseen events can happen, and late submissions won't be accepted. No exceptions. Applications completed and dropped off by parents won't be accepted.
- Membership Dues: Pay your $5.00 dues for each semester through the ASB student store or online. Remember to mention your siblings' names if paying together. Keep a copy of your ASB receipt. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH!!
- Instructions & Course List: Carefully follow instructions and complete your course list. Honors and AP classes allow up to 2 extra points (1 extra point allowed per class) per semester, not for every class. Select 4-5 classes, not 10.
- Transcript Submission: Bring a printed copy of your transcript (not your progress report) showing your name, grade, and grades.
- Stay Updated: Check Instagram, Google Classroom, and bulletins for important dates.
- Responsibility: While reminders will be posted, you are personally responsible for timely submission.
- Spread the Word: Help us spread the news about CSF recruitment. Share with friends and classmates that the CSF spring recruitment is underway! Your word of mouth is invaluable.
RECAP ON HOW TO APPLY: Interested students must bring their completed forms (TWO; application & course list), a PRINTED copy of their transcript, and a copy of their PAID membership receipt to Room 511 during lunch hours on the respective dates. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH!!
Remember, CSF membership needs to be renewed every semester based on your previous semester's courses and grades.
While we have a CSF Google Classroom with information and required forms, please note that we do not accept applications online. You must submit your application in person during our membership drive.
